Drunk driver trapped in his overturned car opened another beer
Drunk driving is not something fun for people…you can injure or kill others and yourself. But, if you’re going to overturn your car and end up trapped, there are totally worse ways to spend your time than cracking open another beer.
47-year-old New Zealand drunkard Paul Sneddon was found in his overturned car by police.
Sneddon told a local paper, “I was lying there, trying to get the doors open but couldn’t. I remember the inside light not working and thinking, it’s not like I’m going to read a book, so I opened another can.”
When he was found, Sneddon told a police officer that he had been drinking for four days straight. He was fined 1,100 New Zealand dollars and banned from driving for 10 months.
Say what you will about Mr. Sneddon for his complete disregard for others and himself, but that man knows how to make the best of a bad situation. Or he’s a problem alcoholic. Either way though, this really reflects well upon him and alcohol. It’s practically a Bud Light commercial in the making.
